The Value of Your Ticket is Safe
In the event we need to cancel any performance for any reason, you will have the option to receive a refund.
If your performance is postponed or rescheduled, we will automatically move your tickets to the new performance date(s). If you are unable to attend the new dates, we will work with you to find a solution, which may include, without limitation, an exchange into an alternate performance or a credit for a future performance.
Please note: refunds are only available for tickets purchased through Ticketmaster and the box office at Clowes Memorial Hall or the Murat Theatre. Some restrictions apply. The above policies apply to tickets sold by Broadway Across America for presentations at Clowes Memorial Hall or Murat Theatre in Indianapolis, Indiana.

*If participating in a payment plan, installments will be automatically charged to your credit card on the dates listed during your purchase. Credit card required. Payment plan may only be applied to the cost of your subscription package.
Any requests for adjustments to the season subscription standard benefits or show offerings must be completed by the season subscription renewal deadline of June, 19 2022, and are limited to one request per subscription account per season. After the renewal deadline only the benefits associated with the package will be offered.
Prices, shows, dates, schedules, venues and artists are subject to change without notice. Depending on production requirements, seating may occasionally become available in the orchestra pit without notice. Season Subscriptions, and all Tickets and Additional Tickets purchased under any Subscription, are subject to the terms on this page and the Broadway Across America® Standard Season Subscription Terms and Conditions posted on our website at BroadwayAcrossAmerica.com/SubscriberTerms. By purchasing a Season Subscription, you agree to such Terms and Conditions.
The price of each subscription seat reflects the face value of your tickets, $49 in processing fees, a total of $20 in facility fees, all applicable taxes, and, if applicable, the Patron Subscription Fee.
**Patron Club Subscriptions (OLD NATIONAL CENTRE: Orchestra Rows A-U Royalty Rows A-H, Balcony Rows J-M; CLOWES: Main Floor A-P; First Terrace A-C & First Terrace Boxes A-D) include a $90 fee for each subscription seat purchased.
***Patron Club Subscribers receive priority access to premium seat locations, available only to these subscribers prior to tickets being placed on sale to the general public. Additional benefits included in Patron Club Subscriptions include complimentary Old National Centre and Clowes Memorial Hall parking vouchers and recognition in the Playbill for all season shows. Complimentary parking passes are provided for patron level subscribers, it is not a guarantee of an available spot. Parking is first-come, first-served
