We’re continuing to develop ways for you to manage your account hassle-free 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We have some great features just for Season Subscribers, including mobile ticketing, exchange tickets online and transfer tickets to friends and family electronically. To learn how to take advantage of these features, please follow the instructions below.

Mobile ticketing is now available for both the Murat Theatre at Old National Centre. Print at home is no longer offered. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to reach out to the Subscriber Hotline at 1.800.793.7469.

Transfer My Tickets:

Transferring tickets is free and easy to do! If you have any problems, please call 1.800.793.7469.

  1. Click HERE to log into your account, or go to SUBSCRIPTIONS, then MANAGE MY TICKETS.
  2. Log into your account by entering an account number/e-mail address and password.
  3. Under Quick links, click View & Manage Tickets:


  4. Click on the event you would like to transfer.
  5. Next, click on the Send button to bring up the Transfer screen:


  6. Click on the seat to select it, then click SEND:


  7. Fill out all of the recipient information with a valid email address and click SEND:


  8. After the transfer is completed, click DONE to return to your account.

Exchange My Tickets:

If exchanging into a higher priced performance or seating location, you will be responsible for paying the difference. If you exchange into a lower priced performance, you will be refunded the difference. If you have any issues with the exchange process, please call 1.800.793.7469.

  1. Click HERE to log into your account, or go to SUBSCRIPTIONS, then MANAGE MY TICKETS.
  2. Log into your account by entering an account number/e-mail address and password.
  3. Under Quick links, click View & Manage Tickets:


  4. Click on the event you would like to exchange.
  5. Click on the button with the elipses in the upper right corner, next to the SEND button, to bring up the Exchange option, then click on EXCHANGE:


  6. Check the box next to the SEAT LOCATIONS (S) you wish to exchange, then click the EXCHANGE button in the top right hand corner under "Manage My Tickets" section.


  7. Click CONTINUE TO EXCHANGE in the pop up window.


  8. Select the new date you wish to attend the show and then click CONTINUE.


  9. Using the seating chart, select your new seats, then click CHECKOUT.



  10. Review the details of your exchange, making sure to double check the new show’s day, date, time, seat location, and number of seats. Once confirmed, click EXCHANGE SEATS to proceed to the payment checkout process.


  11. Go through the checkout process to select your Delivery Method and your Payment Type (if required) to complete the exchange. Your original seats will not be released until you check mark the box to agree to the terms and click PURCHASE TICKETS.



  12. You will receive an email with the confirmation of your exchange.

Set Up My Mobile Tickets:

1. In your mobile device browser, go to: indianapolis.broadway.com
2. At the bottom of your screen, click on MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION


3. Log in to your account by entering your e-mail address and password

4. Click VIEW on the show you wish to view on your mobile device

5. All mobile smartphone users can present this mobile barcode at the venue to be scanned into the theatre. Swipe left or right to view multiple tickets. **Apple iPhone users can click Add to Passbook to have tickets added to your iPhone's Passbook App**

6. Open the Passbook App on your iPhone and find your event ticket. Scroll to the left or right to view multiple tickets
